Swiss Distillery of The Year 2023
Studer has again been awarded the title of “Swiss Distillery of the Year 2023” at this year’s “DistiSuisse” – the national spirits competition of Switzerland.
DistiSuisse honors the best distilleries and spirits in the country every two years and we have continuously been awarded this title since 2015. A total of 135 distilleries participated in this event, presenting 790 different spirits, the highest number ever. According to Max Kopp, the President of DistiSuisse, this increase is attributed to the growing popularity of Swiss spirits. This year, both established distilleries and numerous new ones participated in the competition.
In this year’s DistiSuisse, we were thrilled to receive gold medals for 8 of our products.
Founded in 1883, the Studer distillery is still a family-owned business today.
Since its beginnings, Studer has created the finest fruit brandies from Williams pears, cherries, raspberries and plums.
Today, the product range includes absinthe, gin, vodka, rum, BROOSTER cold brew coffee liqueurs and vermouths – the latest addition to our range.
