This drink was designed at the height of actor Charlie Chaplin’s career at the Waldorf-Astoria New York. It was drunk nationwide and legend has it that Chaplin enjoyed drinking it in Hollywood too!

• 30ml Swiss Highland Sloe Gin
• 30ml Vieil Abricot Oloroso
• 15ml Freshly squeezed lime juice

Shake all ingredients in a shaker over ice. Pour into a cocktail glass or martini glass without ice. Garnish with lime zest.
