- 20ml 1653 Old Barrel rum
- 20ml SI-OFF Seebrise Vermouth
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Simple Syrup
- 3 Sprigs of Thyme
- 1 Bar spoon of orange marmalade
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitter
Add all the ingredients one by one into the cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and then pour into the whiskey tumbler filled with ice. Garnish with fresh thyme.
