- 30ml Studer’s Highland sloe Gin
- 100ml Dry Champagne or Prosecco
Pour the Sloe Gin into a champagne glass and add the Dry Champagne or Prosecco carefully, holding the glass at a slight angle to avoid too much overspill. On Valentine’s Day, why not add a strawberry heart for decoration.
