Soon to be a favourite, we’re sure. Alcohol-free drinks don’t have to be boring, and the SAN-ONI is anything but boring.

• 50ml Studer’s ONI Gin
• 25ml Sanbitter
• Dash of Angostura Bitter

Fill a tumbler with ice cubes. Add 50 ml of Studer’s ONI and 25 ml of Sanbitter. Add a dash of Angostura Bitter to round it off, and garnish with a slice of dried orange or lime.
