Vieille Williams Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish (Brandy)

The Vieille Williams Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish is made exclusively from carefully selected Williams pears that ripened in the southern part of Switzerland in Valais. The delicate pears are carefully hand-picked, mashed and then distilled. The spirit is then maturing in used Oloroso sherry casks, where it takes on the rich and complex flavour notes of the casks. The fruity sweet yet spicy and slightly nutty aromas of the casks complement the Williams pears beautifully to create a truly special spirit.
