The fine Vieille Pomme Gravenstein “Réserve Baron Louis” is based on the good qualities of the Gravenstein apple brandy. Only the highly aromatic part of the distillate is used in the production of our fine Vieille Pomme Gravenstein “Réserve Baron Louis”. After being aged in the cellar for a long time, the Vieille Pomme Gravenstein undergoes a slight bonification process to perfect its flavour: fresh and ripe apples, light notes of vanilla and toffee, as well as a delicate sweetness. Elegant and persistent finish. A speciality with a harmonious, rounded and extremely fine taste.
