Introducing Miss Anita – a dry yet refreshing aperitif with a delightful touch of Mediterranean flair.
- 50ml Swiss Highland Dry Gin
- 20ml SI-ON Seebrise Vermouth
- 5ml Vieil Abricot Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish (Brandy)
- 2 Sprigs of rosemary
- 2 Dashes of grapefruit bitters
- 10ml Swiss Premium Absinthe
Pour 10ml of Absinthe into a pre-chilled cocktail glass and moisten the rim. Stir all ingredients well with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into the cocktail glass and garnish with rosemary.
