This is one of the cocktails we really loved making at the neatly london lounge and we heard so many of you say “I’ve already had a lot of Espresso Martinis, but this one really is the best I’ve ever had!”. So, we don’t mind sharing our recipe, and we would love to see you make this classic at home!
- 50ml Studer’s Gold Vodka
- 25ml Coffee liqueur (Kahlua)
- 1 shot of freshly brewed espresso (chilled)
- 10ml Simple syrup
- 100ml soda water
- Ice cubes
- Coffee beans (for garnish)
Chill a martini glass. Pour all ingredients into a shaker over plenty of ice. Shake until freezing cold. Strain into the chilled glass and garnish with three coffee beans.
