- 60ml 1653 Old Barrel Rum
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 2-3 dashes of Angostura bitter
- 1 orange zest
Mix the Angostura and the sugar syrup, add the Old Barrel Rum and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Add a few ice cubes and stir again. Add the orange zest to finish off.
