One of our favourite Martinis is the Vesper – a true icon in the cocktail world and a drink immortalised by James Bond himself. Bold, elegant, and impeccably balanced, it’s a serve that always makes an impression.
- 60ml Swiss Highland Dry Gin
- 20ml Swiss Gold Vodka
- 10ml SI-ON Gipfelsturm Vermouth
- Lemon peel, for garnish
Fill a mixing glass with ice and pour in the gin and vodka. Add the vermouth and stir the ingredients well until properly chilled. Strain the mixture into a martini glass. Press the citrus oils from a lemon peel over the drink and use it as a garnish.
