Our Hazelnut liqueur is a truly spectacular spirit. A real celebration of the main ingredient – the hazelnut. Fabulous to drink neat over an ice cube, but it also makes a spectacular cocktail

• 50ml (double) Nutcracker
• 25ml freshly squeezed lime juice
• 5ml Sugar Sirup
• 2 dashes of Angostura Bitter
• 10 drops of foaming agent (optional)

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a tumbler over fresh ice.
