“The Bees Knees” is mixed with Studer Highland Wildflower Honey Gin, lemon and honey.
- 60ml Swiss Highland Wildflower Honey Gin
- 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 20ml honey water (for easier mixing, dilute your honey 1:1 with lukewarm water )
Shake all ingredients well over ice in a shaker. Pour into a tumbler over ice and garnish with lemon zest.
