- 25ml Vieil Abricot Oak & Smoke (brandy)
- 15ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 15ml simple syrup
- 15ml aquafaba (or 10 drops of foaming agent)
- Garnish: Angostura bitters
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake until well-chilled and perfectly frothy. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass and finish with a few drops of Angostura bitters.
