We are yet to have a customer in the shop who doesn’t like our Old Tom. Many say they will drink it neat, it’s so refined. But it also makes for a fantastic G&T.
Here’s the recipe from our master of distillery:
- 40ml Studer’s Swiss Highland Old Tom Gin
- 160ml Tonic water (Fever Tree)
- Some frozen blackberries
Fill a balloon glass with ice cubes. Pour Studer‘s Swiss Highland Old Tom Gin into the glass and fill up with tonic water. Add some frozen blackberries and give it a quick stir.
