It’s fair to say that the G&T is not traditionally associated with Swissness. Yet, our Highland Dry Gin recipe has been in our family since 1888.
The Swiss Root Tonic from Gents is however a relatively recent addition to the world of tonics, it works beautifully with our Highland dry – creating a fantastically fresh and refined Gin & Tonic.
- 50ml Studer Highland Dry Gin
- 100ml Gent’s Swiss Roots Tonic Water (or Fevertree Tonic Water)
Pour both ingredients into a glass with plenty of ice, mix carefully and garnish with cucumber and dill.
