French 75

The French 75 was developed in Paris between the world wars. Significantly, its name goes back to the largest French gun of the time: a 75mm calibre!

  • 30ml Studer Highland Dry Gin
  • 80ml Dry Sparkling Wine (Mauler Cuvée Brut Millésime)
  • 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 10ml sugar syrup

Shake the Highland Dry, lemon juice & sugar syrup vigorously on ice in a shaker and pour into a chilled flute without ice. Then add about 80ml dry sparkling wine or prosecco and garnish with lemon zest.

Enjoy!
