Introducing Studer’s Gin Fizz – a delightful blend of our exquisite Highland Dry gin, fresh citrus, and effervescent joy!
- 50ml Studer’s Highland Dry Gin
- 20ml Fresh lemon juice
- 15ml Simple syrup
- 1 egg white or 25ml of aquafaba
- 100ml soda water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon twist (for garnish)
Combine Studer’s Highland Dry Gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker. Aquafaba is a great vegan substitute for the egg white. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 15 seconds. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15-20 seconds to chill the mixture. Strain the cocktail into a highball glass filled with ice. Top up with soda water for a refreshing fizz. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
